Idaho Corporate & LLC Kits
Does Idaho require a corporate seal?
No. Idaho law lets a corporation adopt a seal but does not require one (Idaho Code § 30-29-302). Many banks, title companies and attorneys still ask for an embossed seal on resolutions, stock certificates and closing documents, so most owners keep one in the company kit.
