Kansas Corporate & LLC Kits
Does Kansas require a corporate seal?
No. Kansas law lets a corporation adopt a seal but does not require one (K.S.A. 17-6102(c)). Many banks, title companies and attorneys still ask for an embossed seal on resolutions, stock certificates and closing documents, so most owners keep one in the company kit.
