Nebraska Corporate & LLC Kits
Does Nebraska require a corporate seal?
No. Nebraska law lets a corporation adopt a seal but does not require one (Neb. Rev. Stat. § 21-227(2)). Many banks, title companies and attorneys still ask for an embossed seal on resolutions, stock certificates and closing documents, so most owners keep one in the company kit.
