    Oregon Corporate & LLC Kits

Does Oregon require a corporate seal?

No. Oregon law lets a corporation adopt a seal but does not require one (ORS 60.077). Many banks, title companies and attorneys still ask for an embossed seal on resolutions, stock certificates and closing documents, so most owners keep one in the company kit.
